We\u2019re thrilled to showcase beautiful, diverse love stories and photography that captures both emotional portraits and intricate details. We welcome professional, minimally edited photography styles that tell unique love stories.<\/p>\n<p>NGC Studio Art is a semi-exclusive online wedding publication. As part of our policy, we do not accept submissions that have been featured on other wedding blogs or magazines, nor those awaiting publication elsewhere (with the exception of your personal blog).<\/p>\n<p>If you decide to submit your work to another wedding publication after being featured on NGC Studio Art, we kindly ask that you wait two months before doing so. Additionally, we request that you inform the second publication that your feature was originally published with us, as this is an industry standard and courtesy.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that we only accept submissions from photographers, filmmakers, or their wedding PR representatives. If you are a vendor, bride, or groom, kindly request your photographer to submit the feature. In cases where the photographer or filmmaker is unable to submit, you\u2019ll need to provide written permission via email if their work has not previously been published by NGC Studio Art.<\/p>\n<h2>General Guidelines for Website Submissions:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We accept submissions of weddings, engagements, styled shoots, and other wedding-related events or parties. Submissions should be made via our online form (details below), and there are no time restrictions on when the event was photographed.<\/li>\n<li>All weddings or shoots must have taken place in Virginia or the Outer Banks in North Carolina.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure you have the couple\u2019s express permission before submitting their wedding, as we want them to be just as excited as we are to share their special day!<\/li>\n<li>Submissions will receive a response within 14 business days unless otherwise indicated. If you do not hear from us after this period, feel free to follow up by emailing info@ngcstudioart.com.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted submissions can expect to be published within 1-2 months. You will receive an email confirming the publication date once everything is finalized.<\/li>\n<li>For vendor credits, we link only to custom website domains (e.g., www.yourphotogwebsite.com) to ensure the longevity of links, which improves SEO and the user experience. Social media pages will still be tagged when shared on our social channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Submission Photo Requirements:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>For sessions, please submit at least 20 photos, and for weddings or stylized shoots, at least 55 photos. This helps us curate a rich, visually compelling story. We encourage submitting full galleries so we can fully appreciate the day\u2019s narrative.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, your submission should feature 50% detail shots, 30% people (both candids and portraits), and 20% environment shots. This balance ensures an aesthetically pleasing feature. Please review our past publications to see how we curate each story.<\/li>\n<li>Photos should be sized at no smaller than 2400px. While high-resolution photos aren\u2019t required, we ask that all images be unwatermarked, uncollaged, and free of additional graphics or borders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Submission Process:<\/h2>\n<p>When submitting via our online form, be sure to include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your business name, your full name, social media links, the event\u2019s date and location, the couple&#8217;s names, and their email address. If your gallery requires a PIN for downloading, please provide that as well.<\/li>\n<li>A detailed description of the event, including all relevant information to paint a well-rounded picture of the day.<\/li>\n<li>A complete list of vendors involved. If a vendor is unknown, reach out to the bride or groom for details before submitting. If any DIY elements were contributed by family or friends, please mention that as well. Incomplete vendor lists may result in your submission being rejected.<\/li>\n<li>For wedding submissions, include as many of the following vendor details as possible: venue, photography, event coordination, bridesmaid attire, florals, hair and makeup, stationery, gowns\/suits, videography, entertainment, rentals (lighting, furniture, equipment, etc.), cake\/sweets, and catering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank you for considering NGC Studio Art for your feature!
